By using Nexlore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

1. What Nexlore is

Nexlore is an educational crypto market analytics application. It provides non-personalized market context, chart-related information, technical and macro-event analysis, scenario summaries, probability estimates, market-radar information, and reliability/proof indicators.

Nexlore is designed to help users learn about market context and risk factors. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, investment adviser, financial adviser, trading platform, custody service, payment service, or portfolio manager.

2. Eligibility and age

Nexlore is not intended for children or users under 18. By using Nexlore, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access financial market information in your jurisdiction and that your use of the app complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. What Nexlore does not do

Nexlore does not:

execute trades or place orders;
hold, transfer, receive, or custody crypto assets;
connect to your exchange account;
request or store user exchange API keys;
request or store wallet seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials;
provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice;
recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, or trade any asset;
guarantee accuracy, profit, performance, or market outcomes.

4. Educational analytics only

All content, outputs, charts, alerts, probability estimates, scenarios, indicators, event relevance scores, market-radar views, and summaries are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not instructions, recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy, sell, hold, or trade any crypto asset, financial instrument, or product.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. You should consider your own objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, knowledge, and applicable laws. If needed, consult a qualified professional adviser before making financial decisions.

5. Market data and limitations

Nexlore uses public and third-party data sources. Market data, macro-event data, news context, exchange data, and provider APIs may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, rate-limited, inaccurate, interrupted, or subject to provider restrictions. Crypto markets are highly volatile and may move rapidly.

Nexlore may use fallback providers when one data source is unavailable. Fallback data may differ from the original source. Analysis results can change when data, provider availability, timeframes, settings, or market conditions change.

6. No reliance and no guarantee

You must not rely on Nexlore as the sole basis for any financial, investment, trading, or risk-management decision. Nexlore does not guarantee that any scenario, probability estimate, support/resistance level, trend interpretation, event relevance score, or market-radar output is correct or complete.

Past or historical diagnostic performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests, proof scores, quality metrics, and reliability indicators are educational diagnostics, not proof of future accuracy.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to use Nexlore lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

use Nexlore for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the app or backend;
circumvent API limits, security controls, or provider restrictions;
misrepresent Nexlore outputs as financial advice, guaranteed signals, or guaranteed predictions;
use Nexlore in a way that violates third-party rights, applicable law, or platform rules.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Nexlore at any time. We may modify features, providers, analysis logic, app design, limits, pricing, ads, or availability. We may also restrict access if necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

9. Advertising and third-party services

Nexlore may display ads or use third-party services for hosting, market data, macro-event data, analytics, consent management, or advertising. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

Nexlore, including its name, branding, interface design, text, software, analysis logic, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may use the app for personal, lawful use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Nexlore except where expressly permitted by law or written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Nexlore is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlore and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits; trading losses; investment losses; loss of data; business interruption; or damages arising from reliance on app outputs, market data, third-party services, or service unavailability.

Your use of Nexlore and any decisions you make after viewing app content are at your own risk.

13. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexlore and its operator from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Nexlore if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or operational risk, or if access is no longer feasible due to legal, provider, or technical limitations.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Nexlore after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
