Effective date: 3 June 2026
Developer / operator: Nexlore Studios (“Nexlore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
Privacy contact: privacy@nexlore.app
Nexlore is an educational crypto market analytics app. It does not provide a wallet, does not connect to user exchange accounts, does not request user exchange API keys, does not execute trades, and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexlore handles information when you use the Nexlore mobile app, related web app, backend services, and legal/support pages.
The app provides educational market analytics based on public market data, technical indicators, macro-event context, and non-personalized scenario analysis. The app is not designed to identify you personally and does not require account registration.
2. Information we do not collect
Nexlore is intentionally designed to avoid collecting sensitive financial account information. We do not ask you to provide:
- your name, postal address, government ID, or date of birth;
- bank account, credit card, or payment account details inside the app;
- crypto wallet seed phrases, private keys, wallet addresses, or custody credentials;
- exchange login details or user exchange API keys;
- trade orders, brokerage instructions, or portfolio holdings;
- health data, contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, or precise location.
3. Information processed by the app
3.1 Local app settings
The app may store settings locally on your device, such as selected language, exchange/source preference, symbol, watchlist symbols, analysis style, chart timeframe, stability settings, and UI preferences. These settings are used to make the app work and to remember your preferences. They are generally stored on your device using local storage and are not used to identify you.
3.2 Market analysis requests
When you tap analysis-related actions, the app sends non-personal parameters to our backend, such as selected exchange/source, trading pair, timeframe, analysis style, horizon, and enabled/disabled analysis options. These requests are used to generate educational analytics and return the result to your app.
3.3 Technical logs and service operation data
Our hosting provider and backend service may process technical information needed to operate the service, such as request time, endpoint path, error logs, IP address, user-agent, device/browser type, and server diagnostic information. This information is used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, reliability, and service maintenance.
3.4 Advertising and consent data
If the app includes advertising, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may process device and advertising-related information to provide, measure, personalize, or limit ads, subject to your consent where required. This may include identifiers such as the advertising ID, approximate location inferred from IP address, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data, depending on your device settings, consent choices, and regional law.
3.5 Crash and analytics data
If crash reporting or analytics tools are added in a future version, they may collect technical diagnostic data such as crash traces, device model, OS version, app version, session information, and performance data. We will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information if such tools are added.
4. Sources of market and event data
Nexlore may use third-party or public data sources to generate educational market context. These may include cryptocurrency exchanges accessed through market-data libraries, macro-event calendars, financial news feeds, and market-data providers such as CCXT-supported exchanges, JBlanked, Financial Modeling Prep, Tiingo, Finnhub, or similar providers. These providers are used by our backend and are not given your wallet credentials, exchange credentials, or personal financial account details by Nexlore.
5. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to provide educational market analytics, chart context, scenario summaries, and reliability/proof information;
- to remember local app settings and improve user experience;
- to operate, secure, debug, and maintain the backend service;
- to monitor service availability, API limits, errors, and abuse;
- to display advertising and manage consent where ads are enabled;
- to comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and valid legal requests.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. Information may be processed or shared with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the backend and static services;
- Market-data and macro-data providers used to generate educational analytics;
- Advertising and consent providers, such as Google AdMob and Google’s consent tools, if ads are enabled;
- App platform providers, such as Google Play and Android system services;
- Legal or safety recipients if required to comply with law, enforce rights, prevent abuse, or protect users and services.
7. Legal bases and regional notices
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process information based on one or more legal bases, including performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, consent for advertising or optional analytics where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region requiring consent for personalized ads or certain identifiers, we may ask for your consent through a consent message before showing certain ads or using certain advertising features.
8. Retention and deletion
Local app settings remain on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or change the settings. Backend logs and operational data are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, debugging, and legal compliance. Cache and usage files used for provider limits may be rotated or deleted automatically.
Because Nexlore does not require user accounts, we may not be able to identify a specific user’s server logs without additional information. You may contact us at privacy@nexlore.app for privacy-related questions or deletion requests. You can also delete local app data through your device settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS for network communication where applicable, backend-only storage of provider API keys, and limiting sensitive functionality. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Nexlore is not intended for children or users under 18. The app is designed for users who are legally allowed to access financial market information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
11. Financial and crypto disclaimer
Nexlore is educational and informational only. It does not provide personalized financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage services, custody services, exchange services, wallet services, or trade execution. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Any decision to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise interact with crypto assets is solely your responsibility.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated inside the app or on the relevant app listing where appropriate.
